9 Oliveres Ecológico 100% is an organic extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from the Blanqueta variety, sourced from groves in Alicante at the foothills of the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park. The olives are harvested at the beginning of October and cold-pressed immediately, preserving natural polyphenols and nutritional values, with an exceptionally low acidity of just 0.2%.

The oil stands out for its intense green fruitiness, with aromas of banana, green almond, and fresh herbs, while its flavor is marked by a gentle sweetness balanced with mild bitterness and subtle pungency. Production follows strict ecological principles, and the groves include over 700 centenary trees and nine millenary trees, giving the oil unique authenticity and a strong connection to tradition.
