A1980 Biologico is an organic extra virgin olive oil that comes from Montefiascone, in the Lazio region of Italy. It is produced by the family-run farm Azienda Agricola Alessandra Nicolai, and reflects the personal vision of third-generation olive grower Alessandra Nicolai, who combines tradition with a modern approach to olive cultivation. The oil is made exclusively from organically grown olives, handpicked at their optimal stage of ripeness.

The olives are cold-pressed within a few hours after harvest, under controlled conditions, in order to preserve all their aromatic and nutritional qualities. The result is an oil of exceptional purity and balance – fruity, fresh, and elegant, with distinct notes of green almond, artichoke, and aromatic herbs. A1980 Biologico is ideal for everyday use, but also appeals to true connoisseurs of olive oil.
