Preserved Memory from Absolem Cider is a complex fruit cider at 7.7% ABV, crafted from Northern Spy and Cox Orange Pippin apples combined with organic lowbush blueberries sourced from Lost & Found Farm in Maine. After 27 days of maceration with the blueberries, the cider was blended with Frontenac Noir wine and then aged for 12 months in bourbon barrels, adding depth and layered character.

Its aroma and flavor bring together the vibrant fruitiness of blueberries and apples with a vinous quality and subtle smoky, woody tones from the barrel. Additional accents of boysenberry and lavender enrich the profile, while the finish carries a hint of charred wood.
