Acadèmia Olearia is a family-run company from Italy, located on the island of Sardinia, near the town of Alghero. Its focus lies in quality as well as a deep connection to the land – the olives are cultivated on their own groves spanning over 250 hectares, close to the sea, where the climate and soil have a strong influence on the oil’s aromatic profile.
