Artajo 10 Arbequina is an organic extra virgin olive oil crafted on the family estate in the Ebro Valley, Navarra. It is made exclusively from the Arbequina variety, harvested early to preserve freshness and enhance its aromatic expression.

The oil reveals a fruity profile with marked green notes of tomato and artichoke, complemented by a subtle sweetness reminiscent of green banana. On the palate, it is exceptionally well balanced, offering a gentle bitterness and a medium level of spiciness, making it versatile and pleasing.

Thanks to its clean and refreshing character, it pairs beautifully with fresh salads, toast, gazpacho or salmorejo, as well as with emulsions and delicate sauces. A unique feature of this oil is that it takes as much as ten kilograms of green olives to produce just one liter, highlighting its concentration and premium quality.
