Extravecchio Traditional Balsamic Vinegar of Modena is a DOP food condiment, obtained from cooked must of certified Modena grapes. The aging takes place in a series of barrels made of fine wood.
Its maturation of at least 25 years gives the product complex characteristics: an intense and brilliant dark brown color, a good density, and persistent aromas and flavors. Ideal for dishes with strong, structured flavors, such as red meats, mature cheeses, and risottos.
