Vigneto Giardino is an elegant and historically significant Prosecco Superiore DOCG, crafted by the Adami winery as a tribute to their very first vineyard and the roots of their family tradition. Located in Colbertaldo, in the heart of Valdobbiadene, this vineyard stretches along steep hillsides that demand hand harvesting and offer ideal conditions for the Glera grape to thrive. The soil, rich in clay and limestone, allows the grapes to express remarkable depth, finesse, and a pronounced minerality.

Although technically classified as a "Dry" wine, Vigneto Giardino shows a gentle roundness and subtle fullness, the result of natural residual sugar and perfectly balanced acidity. On the nose, this wine doesn’t overwhelm with intensity but captivates through its layered complexity - white flowers, ripe stone fruit, citrus, and delicate hints of almond weave together with soft mineral undertones. On the palate, it is exceptionally clean and precise, with a texture enhanced by its fine, delicate mousse.
