Ādažu Medus is a family-run beekeeping enterprise from the Latvian municipality of Ādaži, built on sustainable apiculture and full control of every production stage - from maintaining bee colonies to the final packaging of honey. They manage more than 140 hives and collect honey exclusively within the local area, giving their products a distinct regional character.
