Adega Cooperativa de Cantanhede is a Portuguese winery cooperative founded in 1954 in the town of Cantanhede, within the demarcated Bairrada wine region, an area known for its long winemaking tradition dating back to Roman times. Today, it brings together hundreds of growers and accounts for approximately 40% of the region’s total wine production, with around 80% of its wines classified as DOC Bairrada or IG Beira Atlântico.
