2021 Foradori Nosiola Vigneti delle Dolomiti is a white wine crafted from 100% Nosiola grapes, an ancient local variety. The Foradori family cultivates 2 hectares of Nosiola in the Fontanasanta vineyard, situated approximately 400 meters above the city of Trento, a few miles down the valley from their estate in Mezzolombardo.

The vines thrive in clay-limestone soils, positioned lower on the hills compared to the Manzoni Bianco vines also tended by the Foradoris in this area. The farming practices are organic and biodynamic, reflecting the family's commitment to sustainable viticulture. This wine is classified as IGT Vigneti delle Dolomiti and is known for its unique characteristics.
