This estate has existed since the early 19th century and is home to over a thousand Koroneiki olive trees, some of which are more than 300 years old.
The olives are hand-harvested and processed immediately after picking in the family-owned olive mill, preserving maximum freshness and flavor potential. The oil ranges in color from deep green to golden-green and exudes aromas of flowers, tropical fruit, and red apple. Its taste profile is robust and fruity, with mild pungency and medium bitterness.
