Akashi Sake Brewery is a Japanese sake producer based in Akashi, Hyōgo Prefecture. The family business traces its roots to 1856, when it produced soy sauce. The alcoholic beverage company was established in 1917, and it began producing sake under the Akashi-Tai brand in 1960.
