Dorm Honey is a Saudi monofloral honey produced by Mishal Al-Harthi Apiaries from the nectar of the wild dharm plant. Dharm is a native aromatic lavender species, commonly identified as Lavandula dentata, that grows on the elevated mountain slopes of western and southwestern Saudi Arabia.
The honey comes from the producer’s own mobile apiaries, which are positioned near natural dharm pastures during the plant’s limited flowering season. It is harvested as pure honey without added sugar, artificial ingredients, or industrial additives, preserving the characteristics derived from its specific botanical and geographical origin.
Dorm Honey typically has a pale golden-to-amber color, a fragrant floral and herbal aroma, and a mild sweetness with distinctive lavender-like notes. It may naturally crystallize over time, developing a lighter color and denser, creamier consistency. The honey can be enjoyed on its own, stirred into warm beverages, or served with bread, yogurt, mild cheeses, and nuts.
