After fermentation, it results in a rich and aromatic drink with pronounced notes of ripe apple, caramel, and subtle floral tones.

With 10% ABV, a high level of residual sugar, and marked acidity, Alde Issider delivers a full-bodied yet balanced profile reminiscent of dessert wines. The texture is rounded and smooth, while the intense sweetness is refreshed by vibrant acidity.
