Almazaras de la Subbética is a renowned olive oil producer from Andalusia, based in the Sierras Subbéticas Natural Park in Córdoba. It was founded in 2007 through the merger of two large cooperatives and today brings together around 7,000 olive growers.

The company is known for its organic and sustainable production, with standout oils such as Rincón de la Subbética (a monovarietal Hojiblanca) and Parqueoliva Serie Oro (a coupage of Picuda and Hojiblanca). Their oils are among the most awarded in the world, and the mill has been named the best in the world multiple times.
