Ricotta Preziosa is a premium dairy product from the Alta Tuscia Formaggi line, produced in Bagnoregio, in the Lazio region of Italy. This ricotta is made from sheep’s milk whey and enriched with cow’s milk cream, with both ingredients being 100% of Italian origin.

Thanks to the addition of cream, Ricotta Preziosa features a creamy and compact texture with a delicately sweet flavor. It is ideal for preparing both savory and sweet dishes and can also be enjoyed on its own, eaten with a spoon.

The product is hand-scooped into traditional molds (fuscelle) and packaged in a protective atmosphere to preserve its freshness and flavor.
