Amazonian Gin Company is a Peruvian ultra-premium gin brand originating from Inca Distillery in Lima and built on a sugarcane-based distillate, which gives it a softer and more neutral foundation than typical grain spirits. Its recipe incorporates native botanicals from the Amazon rainforest, such as sacha inchi, tonka bean, camu camu fruit, physalis, and citrus peels from lime and lemon, while juniper is imported since it does not grow in Peru.
