Antalya Reçelcisi is a Turkish brand of jams and sweet spreads operated by the Antalya-based company Ansu Gıda. The company was founded in 1989 by Numan Celal Kocaacar after he returned to his hometown. Until 1995, Ansu Gıda primarily distributed food products before beginning its own manufacturing operations. The Antalya Reçelcisi brand was developed with a particular focus on processing fruits, vegetables and citrus associated with Antalya’s culinary tradition. Following the founder’s death in 2019, the business was continued by his successors including second-generation representatives Rıza and Ebru Kocaacar. Its characteristic products include jams made from bitter orange peel, bergamot peel, green walnuts, eggplant, watermelon rind, chili peppers and kumquats. The company also produces more conventional strawberry, sour cherry, apricot, peach, blackberry and mulberry jams. Some recipes combine ingredients that are uncommon in traditional jams such as strawberries and chili peppers. The range also includes tahini, molasses, sour fruit condiments, nut butters and several traditional desserts.
