Antidoot Wilde Fermenten is a craft brewery, cidery, and winery located in the rural setting of Kortenaken, in Belgium’s Hageland region, east of Brussels. It was founded by brothers Tom and Wim Jacobs, who combine the fermentation of beer, juice, and wine—often blending all three into a single experimental creation - using only wild yeasts and bacteria.
