Antonius Siberian Caviar 6* is a top-tier caviar made from Acipenser baerii sturgeon, selected from the oldest and most mature fish raised on the brand’s own farms. The 6-star classification represents the highest quality within Antonius’ Siberian caviar range, defined by exceptional grain size, maturity, and consistency.

The eggs are large and well-defined, typically measuring around 2.7-3.2 mm, with a glossy appearance in shades of dark grey to black. Produced using the traditional Malossol method, the caviar is lightly salted and not pasteurized, preserving its natural structure and depth of flavor.
