Anuttama is an Indian producer of artisanal farm-to-bar chocolates, founded by Balasubrahmanya P. S. and Swathi Kallegundi in August 2020. The company is based in Bettampady, near Puttur, in the Dakshina Kannada district of Karnataka. The founders come from an agricultural family that has cultivated cacao for several decades, and they began making chocolate during the pandemic following a period of experimentation and professional training.
