Anzer Balı is a high-quality honey produced exclusively on the Anzer plateau in the Rize region, an area renowned for its exceptionally rich flora with more than 450 plant species, including a significant number of endemics. The honey is defined by its dense, uniform texture, golden-amber color, complex aroma, and soft, herbal notes that stem from the diversity of alpine vegetation.

Due to its limited production, unique grazing conditions, and strict quality control, Anzer honey is regarded as one of Türkiye’s most valued and most expensive honeys, highly sought after in the premium and gourmet market segments.
