Apal Sideri is a family-run cidery from Sæbø in the municipality of Hjelmeland, in Norway’s Rogaland region, led by Dan Olav Sæbø, the 13th generation of the family to cultivate the same orchards. Cider production began in 2020, though the tradition of growing apples and making juices on the farm goes back much further.
