Dabyan Honey is a rare Saudi monofloral acacia honey produced by Aryaf Alnahl. It is made from the nectar of the dabyan, or dhahyan, tree (Senegalia asak, formerly Acacia asak), a wild thorny species that grows in the arid mountain regions of the Arabian Peninsula, particularly in southwestern Saudi Arabia.

During the flowering season, the hives are placed near areas where dabyan trees grow, allowing the bees to forage predominantly on their nectar. Aryaf Alnahl describes it as an entirely natural wild honey sourced from its own apiaries in the mountains and valleys of Saudi Arabia. The tree’s limited distribution and short flowering period, which depends heavily on weather conditions, restrict production and contribute to the honey’s rarity.

Dabyan Honey is characterized by its golden-to-amber color, thick texture, and pronounced yet well-balanced sweetness. Its aromatic profile combines floral and subtly herbal notes, with a more intense and distinctive flavor than many lighter varieties of honey.
