Aryaf Alnahl Talh Sayal Honey is a Saudi monofloral honey made from the nectar of the talh sayal tree (Acacia johnwoodii). It is produced in the Najd region of central Saudi Arabia and represents one of the traditional acacia honeys associated with the arid landscapes of the Arabian Peninsula.
The honey comes from Mohammed Al-Shabahi Apiaries’ own beehives, which are placed in natural areas during the talh sayal tree’s limited flowering season. The producer states that it does not source honey from third-party beekeepers and that the product’s purity and quality are verified through laboratory testing. It is produced without additives or industrial processing that could significantly alter its natural characteristics.
Talh Sayal Honey has a light golden color, smooth texture, and pleasantly balanced sweetness. It can be enjoyed on its own, added to warm beverages, or served with traditional bread, tahini, cheese, nuts, and breakfast dishes.
