Kura Caviar Beluga is a caviar produced by Azerbaijan Fish Farm in Azerbaijan, obtained from beluga sturgeon roe. It features large eggs measuring 3.2 to 3.5 mm in diameter, ranging in color from light to dark pearl gray.

According to the producer’s specifications, the eggs are whole and separate, with no clumping or excess liquid. The only ingredients are beluga roe and salt. Beluga sturgeon grow slowly and reach sexual maturity late, making the production of this caviar a lengthy farming process.
