Azienda Agraria Viola is a family-owned producer of extra virgin olive oil based in Sant’Eraclio di Foligno, in Italy’s Umbria region, with an olive-growing tradition dating back to the 19th century. The estate is now run by Marco Viola, who continues the work of several generations of his family.
