Balblair Distillery, established in 1790, is one of Scotland's oldest distilleries, located in Edderton, Ross-shire, in the northern Highlands. Overlooking the Dornoch Firth, the distillery is situated on a remote and unspoiled hillside, providing an ideal environment for whisky production.
The distillery's water source is the Allt Dearg burn, which has been used since its founding. Balblair's commitment to traditional methods and quality ingredients results in distinctive single malt Scotch whiskies.
