Baron Tositsa Foundation plays an important role in the preservation and development of traditional cheesemaking in the Metsovo area through the operation of its dairy facility, established to support local livestock farmers and strengthen the regional economy. The dairy was created to ensure stable milk collection and to introduce controlled, high-quality production standards while respecting local traditions.
