Belgrove Distillery is an Australian whisky distillery located in Kempton, Tasmania, founded by sixth-generation farmer Peter Bignell, who is widely recognized for his innovative approach to whisky production. The distillery is regarded as a pioneer of rye whisky production in Australia and is one of the few producers in the world to operate a fully integrated farm-to-bottle model.
