Bellantone, officially ’Nduja e Salumi di Bellantone Gabriella, is a family producer of ’nduja and traditional Calabrian cured meats based in Spilinga, in the province of Vibo Valentia, Italy. Founded in 1999, the company continues a family tradition of pork processing practiced since the 1950s by Tommaso Fiamingo, known locally as U Lisciu.
