Bergerie du Capucin is a family-owned winery located in the village of Lauret in the Pic Saint-Loup appellation, one of the most respected wine-growing areas of the Languedoc region in southern France. The estate was founded in 2008 by winemaker Guilhem Viau, whose goal was to create wines that faithfully reflect the character of the local terroir while respecting the natural environment.
