Amazing Cacao

4.7 ·

Amazing Cacao is a Russian bean-to-bar chocolate maker based in Saint Petersburg, founded in late 2015 as a result of an initiative to import organic cocoa beans from Ecuador. After discovering that the market for raw organic cocoa beans in Russia was very limited, the company decided to establish its own chocolate production and develop a brand built on complete control over the quality and origin of its ingredients. From the very beginning, Amazing Cacao has operated according to direct trade principles, working closely with farmers and cooperatives in cocoa-producing countries to ensure full traceability of its cocoa beans and long-term partnerships with producers. The company sources carefully selected fine-flavor cocoa beans from Ecuador, Peru, India, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Uganda, Nicaragua, and other cocoa-growing regions, with each chocolate clearly identifying the cocoa variety and its geographical origin. Only natural ingredients are used in the recipes, and many of the chocolates contain just cocoa beans and unrefined cane sugar, without emulsifiers, preservatives, or added flavorings, allowing the natural characteristics of each cocoa variety to be fully expressed. In addition to classic dark chocolates with different cocoa percentages, the range also includes milk chocolates, chocolates with carefully selected natural ingredients, pralines, and other small-batch chocolate products.
