The flavor of spiced pork is dominant, while gentle hints of garlic, salt, and pepper provide a unique aroma. Its distinctive aroma is that of pure pork and smoke from alder, beech, or fruit trees. Kiełbasa piaszczańska is a semi-dry cured pork sausage produced in the village of Piaski Wielkie, renowned for the production of meat and cured meats, especially sausages.
