Bích Chi is a Vietnamese food company specializing in rice processing and the production of traditional dried foods. Its origins date back to 1966 when a factory producing brown rice and legume flour was established in Sa Đéc. The enterprise was privatized in 2000 and continued operating as Bich Chi Food Company. Its headquarters and production facilities are located in Đồng Tháp Province within the Mekong Delta, one of Vietnam’s principal rice-growing regions. The company is closely associated with the traditional rice flour industry for which Sa Đéc has long been known. Its production complex covers approximately 33,000 square meters and is equipped with industrial processing, drying and packaging lines. The range includes more than 200 products such as rice noodles, pho noodles, fine rice vermicelli, glass noodles, instant foods, prawn crackers and various types of flour. Rice paper for preparing fresh and fried rolls represents an important part of its portfolio. The assortment includes standard round sheets measuring 16 or 22 centimeters in diameter as well as varieties made with vegetables or coconut. These products are generally prepared from rice flour, tapioca starch, water and salt. The rice used in production is sourced from Sa Đéc and other parts of Đồng Tháp Province. The company applies standardized food quality and safety control systems to support international distribution. Bích Chi products are exported to markets across Asia, Europe, North America, Australia, the Middle East and Africa.
