Biltong Craft SA is a family-owned South African biltong producer based in the Cape Town area, with a factory in Somerset West Business Park. The company was founded in 2018 by brothers Dean and Ivan Van Vuren, who initially made biltong in the garage of their family home in Kuils River. After moving into a small production facility in 2019, they expanded the business by opening a factory covering approximately 300 square metres.
