Birrificio WAR is an independent craft brewery based in Cassina de’ Pecchi, Lombardy, just outside Milan, combining agricultural heritage with a modern approach to beer production. Founded in 2017 as part of a family farm, the brewery operates on a vertically integrated model - over 80% of its raw materials, including malt, come from its own fields.
