A unique aspect of its production involves the addition of rare Black Forest Burgundy truffle, which gently removes sharpness and bitterness from the distillate, resulting in a smooth and powerful finish. Handcrafted with expertise from six generations, the distillery emphasizes sustainability and quality.

They produce their own base alcohol from locally sourced grains and utilize natural spring water from their own source. The distillation process is powered by self-produced energy, and the facilities are heated with wood from their sustainably managed forest.
