Bodega Vieja Herencia is a small Peruvian pisco producer dedicated to preserving traditional distillation practices that have been passed down for generations in the Majes Valley. Grapes are sourced from local vineyards, with production beginning through manual foot-crushing in stone lagares and natural fermentation in old clay vessels known as tinajas, which contribute to the distinctive character of the base wine.
