Bodega Yacochuya is an Argentine winery located in the Cafayate, within the Calchaquí Valleys, and is recognized as one of the country’s leading high-altitude wine projects. Developed through a collaboration between the Etchart family and renowned French oenologist Michel Rolland, the modern winery began production in 1999.
