Bodegas y Viñedos Ponce is a family-owned winery established in 2005, located in the heart of Manchuela Conquense in Spain. The winery spans over 1,500 hectares of vineyards, with an average plot size of about 2 hectares, which are carefully managed and maintained. From the beginning, their philosophy has been to produce wines as naturally as possible, cultivating family-owned and other old vineyard parcels with dry farming, bush-trained vines, and entirely manual harvesting. The main grape variety they cultivate is Bobal, but they also work with varieties such as Albilla, Moravia Agria, Monastrell, and Garnacha.
