Braeval Distillery is located in Chapeltown, near Ballindalloch, in the Speyside region of Scotland. Founded in 1973, it is known for producing light, fruity single malt whiskies, although it is primarily used in the blending process.

The distillery is one of the key contributors to the blended whiskies produced by Chivas Brothers, a subsidiary of Pernod Ricard.
