Espinay from Brasserie Auval is a New World Saison with an ABV of 6–6.5%, fermented in stainless steel tanks and aged in oak barrels, which adds extra complexity and a rounded character. Visually, it is light yellow with a slight haze and a persistent head.
The aroma weaves together notes of citrus, tropical fruit, and subtle earthy nuances, complemented by gentle oak warmth. On the palate, it is refreshing, with a mild tartness and around 30 IBU of balanced bitterness that lingers in a dry, clean finish.
The texture is light to medium-bodied, contributing to exceptional drinkability and making it well-suited for extended enjoyment.
