Brasserie de Blaugies is a small family-run Belgian brewery founded in 1988 in the village of Blaugies, located in the Hainaut region, an area known for its deep saison brewing tradition. From the very beginning, the brewery has worked entirely by hand, focusing on unfiltered and unpasteurized production, as well as secondary fermentation in the bottle, which gives their beers complexity, liveliness, and a distinctly rustic authenticity.
