Brett & Sauvage is a nano-brewery based in Sainte-Thérèse-de-Gaspé, on the Gaspésie Peninsula in Quebec. Although young, it is led by an experienced team with a clear vision – producing beers exclusively through spontaneous fermentation using traditional methods, without industrial yeast.
