Sirop d’érable Doré Biologique is an organic maple syrup produced by Brix Co., a Canadian company based in Saint-Robert-Bellarmin, Quebec.

It is made from maple sap, with no added ingredients and without blending different batches. The producer filters and immediately chills the sap to preserve its natural flavour before processing. It then uses modern evaporation technology without direct flame, deliberately slowing the evaporator to allow the aromas to develop gradually.

It is distinguished by its light golden colour and refined, natural maple flavour. It can be served with pancakes, waffles, yogurt, or fruit, and used to sweeten drinks or prepare dressings and sauces.
