Brouwerij de Molen was founded in 2004 within the historic De Arkduif windmill, built in 1697, in Bodegraven, the Netherlands - uniting a brewery, taproom, and shop under one roof. Its founder, Menno Olivier, a former homebrewer and professional brewer from Rotterdam, set out with a clear mission: to revive and elevate Dutch brewing traditions through experimentation and collaboration with other craft breweries.
