Brouwerij Rodenbach, was founded in 1821 in Roeselare, West Flanders, and is now part of Palm Belgian Craft Brewers. Rodenbach primarily produces Flemish red-brown sour ales through a process of mixed fermentation and aging in large oak barrels known as foeders.
