E.H. Taylor, Jr.

Single Barrel is a premium Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey produced by Buffalo Trace Distillery. This expression honors Colonel Edmund Haynes Taylor, Jr., a pivotal figure in the bourbon industry and a proponent of the Bottled-in-Bond Act of 1897.

The bourbon is aged in Warehouse C, constructed by Taylor in 1881, known for its exceptional aging conditions. Each barrel is meticulously selected and bottled at 100 proof, adhering to Bottled-in-Bond standards.

Tasting notes reveal aromas of lightly toasted oak, dried figs, and butterscotch, leading to flavors of sweetness balanced with tobacco and dark spices. The finish is long, inviting another sip.

The bottle design reflects Colonel Taylor's original packaging from over a century ago.
