Cadenza is a Brazilian producer of extra virgin olive oils, located in Glorinha, Rio Grande do Sul. The company began its journey in 2017, when founder Eduardo Winkler planted the first 30 hectares of olive trees of different cultivars, and three years later expanded the groves to reach medium-scale production.
